Slotted Filter Sheet

For slotted filter sheets manufacture and supply, a detailed drawing of the slot dimensions (width of the slots, tolerance, sheet thickness and other parameters) and patterns are necessary.

Material for slotted filter screen is mostly Stainless Steel 316.

Stainless steel perforated sheet with following size is popularly used as filter screen:
Width of slots :0.3mm (with a tolerance of 0~+0.1mm)
Perforated sheet thickness: 0.3 to 0.4mm.
