Serrated Diamond Perforated Grip Grating for Industrial Walkways and Platforms

Diamond Perforated Grip Grating is made of one-piece diamond perforated metal flooring designed for maximum slip resistance and drainage in wet, oily, or icy conditions. The diamond-shaped teech-like perforations with serrated raised edges create a multi-directional grip surface. The diamond perforation allows dirt, debris and liquids to pass through easily, keeping the surface clean and safe. Compared with traditional dimple perforated grating or bar grating floors, Diamond Perforated Grip Grating offers lighter weight, higher traction and reduced maintenance.

Process:
This grip safety grating is produced by cold-forming and punching, not by traditional perforating. The process uses a press die to shear and raise the metal into diamond-shaped teeth in one operation, creating a self-cleaning and slip-resistant surface.

We supply diamond opening perforated grating made from galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Finishes can be mill finish, hot-dip galvanized or anodized steel.
